Trip Signal is operated by Mighty Web Design, a sole proprietorship based in Saskatchewan, Canada (“Trip Signal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trip Signal website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Plain English: We monitor travel prices and send alerts — we do not sell travel.
Trip Signal is a travel price monitoring and notification service.
We monitor third-party travel pricing sources and send alerts when criteria are met.
We do not:
- Sell travel
- Facilitate bookings
- Act as a travel agency
- Guarantee pricing or availability
- Control third-party providers
All bookings are completed directly with third-party providers.
3. Affiliate Relationships
Plain English: We may earn commissions from travel partners.
Trip Signal may include affiliate links to third-party providers.
We may earn a commission if you click or book through those links.
This does not change the price you pay.
We do not endorse or guarantee third-party services.
4. Accounts
Plain English: Keep your account secure and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Subscription Plans, Billing & GST
Plain English: Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. GST applies.
Trip Signal offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
Auto-Renewal
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
GST
Applicable GST or other taxes will be charged where required by Canadian law.
6. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Plain English: First purchase refundable within 7 days only.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase.
This applies only to your first subscription purchase.
It does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
7. Pricing & Availability Disclaimer
Plain English: Travel prices change fast — we can’t guarantee accuracy or availability.
We do not guarantee price accuracy, real-time updates, availability, or timeliness of alerts.
Prices may change rapidly due to availability, demand, caching, or third-party updates.
Trip Signal is not responsible for pricing discrepancies or expired inventory.
8. Notification Delivery
Plain English: Alerts are sent best-effort, but delivery isn’t guaranteed.
Notifications are sent on a best-effort basis.
Delivery may vary due to email provider filtering, spam systems, or network conditions.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
9. Acceptable Use
Plain English: No scraping, reselling, or reverse engineering.
You may not:
- Scrape or extract data
- Reverse engineer logic
- Use bots or automation
- Resell alerts
- Circumvent plan limits
- Share accounts improperly
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
10. Termination
Plain English: We can suspend abusive accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations or misuse.
11. Intellectual Property
Plain English: The platform and logic belong to us.
All software, branding, algorithms, and monitoring logic are owned by Mighty Web Design.
12. Data Deletion
Plain English: You can delete your account anytime.
Personal data is deleted upon account deletion except where legally required to retain records.
13. Service Modifications
Plain English: We may update or change features.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service without liability.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Plain English: The service is provided as-is.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness.
15. Limitation of Liability
Plain English: Liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for lost savings, missed deals, or indirect damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada.
